We Will Help You with the Paperwork

Regular health insurance through your employer may completely or partially cover your care in our office.

If you were injured in an auto accident, you may be able to file with both your auto med-pay insurance and your health insurance.

We are a participating provider for the CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Medicare and Aetna networks. Not covered by any of these plans? Contact us and we will find the best solution to suit you. Most insurance companies provide coverage for our services. If your company covers our treatment, we will be happy to file your insurance and accept assigned benefits.

Auto Insurance Medical Payments (Med Pay):

If you carry Medical Payments (Med Pay) coverage under your auto insurance policy, it will most likely cover 100% of necessary medical treatment up to your policy limit, regardless of who is at fault.

If you were a passenger in someone else’s car and were injured in an accident, you should get the car owner’s auto insurance information. In this scenario, the car owner’s Med Pay coverage, should he/she have it, will cover your medical care up to the policy limit.

Third Party Insurance:

If you were injured in an auto accident and you were not at fault, you should obtain the insurance information of the party at fault. This is called Third Party insurance. Third Party insurance only reimburses the claimant (you in this case) directly for his/her medical bills.

If a patient does not have adequate Med-Pay or Health Insurance coverage, we may at our discretion treat the patient on a personal injury attorney lien. In this scenario, the patient will not have to pay for treatment at the time of the visit. Instead, the patient agrees to pay for his/her final medical bill with proceeds from his/her settlement.
